REFUNDS
All soap products are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons. Refunds maybe granted if product standards, set but Asset soap co. are not met.
CANCELLATONS
To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to [email protected] . If the order has not been shipped we will immediately cancel it with no penalty. If the order has been shipped then the sale cannot be reversed. (Shipping notifications are sent to customers via email)
COMPLETED ORDERS
Please report any missing merchandise, order mistakes, and any other order problems within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours from delivery we will assume that your order was completed accurately and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after that time.
